- All international orders are shipped with a commercial invoice detailing the product value to ensure smooth customs processing. We do not mark orders as “gifts” to avoid customs penalties.
5. Shipping Issues & Resolution
5.1 Delayed Shipments
If your order is not shipped within the estimated processing time, contact us for an update. Delays may occur due to high order volume (e.g., holidays, promotions), stock shortages, or production issues for customized items. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays and offer solutions (e.g., expedited shipping at no extra cost or a full refund).
5.2 Lost or Missing Packages
